Oboe Travels is a Maldives-based luxury travel agency that arranges resort stays, transfers, and related travel experiences on your behalf. We act as an intermediary between you and the resorts, transfer operators, and other suppliers that ultimately provide these services.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Quotes provided during the inquiry stage are indicative and subject to availability and change until a booking is confirmed.

All prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time and are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Prices may vary based on travel dates, occupancy, and supplier rate changes.

Payment terms, including deposit amounts and final balance due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking and must be met to secure and retain your reservation.

Cancellation policies are set by individual resorts and suppliers and vary by property, rate plan, and season. The applicable policy will be shared with you before booking confirmation.

Where a cancellation is permitted, any refund due will reflect the supplier's policy less any non-refundable amounts already paid on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and for meeting the health and entry requirements of the Maldives and any transit countries.

We are happy to advise where we can, but final responsibility for travel documentation rests with the traveler.

Oboe Travels arranges services provided by independent third parties, including resorts, seaplane and speedboat operators, and activity providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these independent suppliers.

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, weather conditions, or changes made by suppliers.

Neither party will be held responsible for failure to perform obligations under these terms where that failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government action, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
